I used to develop the Encounter software package. Then once I realized a single person's efforts were not enough to hold the project anymore. So other programmers joined me. Hi, my name is Evgeny Shaposhnikov (aka Air).
I started playing urban games practically since the very day they appeared. Then I began organizing games, first locally, then internationally.
